NICEIC Registration

We have now become registered with the well-recognised NICEIC who is the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry.

We had to undergo a rigorous assessment process, covering samples of our work, our premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of our key supervisory staff. We are then re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance.

Now registered with the NICEIC, we can access a range of support services, including technical advice, industry recognised training, industry literature and contractor insurance.

New Properties Sold

We have recently finished and sold some of our new build and also renovated flats here in the City of Bath. They were marketed and sold through our Estate Agents Tim Bennett and Associates and proved to be very popular and sold soon after being advertised. Please take a look at these modern flats on our DEVELOPMENTS page and please contact Tim or ourselves if you are wanting more information, or would just like to show your interest in some of our up and coming projects here in Bath and the surrounding areas.

Bath Chronicle Write Up

Crossman Homes had a write up in the Bath Chronicle back in January this year about securing the new offices on the London Road in Bath. The decision of moving the business into their ground floor of their home was back in 2008 when the recession hit which safe guarded the business. And now after securing a loan from NatWest has now moved the business back out of their house into an office renovated by themselves for their 20 plus staff.

LABC Authority Scheme

We are pleased to announce that we have chosen to work with the Local Authority Building Control through the LABC Authority Scheme.

This means that all Local Authority’s in England and Wales will accept the decisions of our chosen Partner Authority. We will get consistent interpretation of the Building Regulations on our projects with a single point contact.

Other benefits include access to book places on LABC training courses and seminars, and in-house training on Building Control topics.
